RIVERSIDE不是高速路，呵呵，上下班时刻车流量蛮大的，一路上红绿灯很多。:lol:

178 run through the whole community morning and evening during the rush hours and go directly to downtown. besides that it has 95 and close the baseline transitway. It is convinent to everywhere. It has good scholls around. But the price of house is high.

location is ok, still half hr from downtown, houses are simply overpriced!

Well, he should look around to see if there is any house up for sale on the same block where his office stands.

Quinterra is a very good neibourhood. There are a few houses for sale now. But prices are higher. There are busses to downtown (Riverside and Uplands).

It is off Riverside Road on the west side at Uplands (near Hunt Club Road), opposite to Cognos building.
