Where does the bus come from? If it is from Montreal, forget it.
The 2 hours from Montreal to Ottawa will be counted in the bus
driver's working hours. And the bus driver never works more than
16 hours a day, or it is against the law. As a result, the tourists
have 2 hours less in the first and last days.
Zhonghuan always has their bus departured from Montreal. Last weekend,
we attend ZhongHuan to a two-days Toronto-Niagara tour. Everybody
is from Ottawa except the bus and tour guide. As a result, in the
first day, the dinner in toronto china town is canceled and we have
to had dinner in Tim Horton near our hotel. In the second day, we
were only given one hour in MarineLand, and the bus left for
Montreal at 1:00 although in the tour guide it supposed to leave at
2:00. It is not the bus driver's fault, he has nothing to do with Zhonghuan. It is all Zhonghuan's fault. Promising too many places
to visit but fail to do it.

中环去多伦多，魁北克的团从来不和别的地方拼团，司机导游都是中环的，因为我们用的是自己的车，这是我们与别的旅行社最大的区别(只有去美东，加东，我们才会租56座的豪华巴士)，因为是自己车和司机，我们从来不改行程，因为不拼团，我们时间多去的景点最多，我们在MARINELAND有三小时，如果有客人不去MARINELAND，我们会带这些客人去FACTORY OUTLETS。也只有我们的团有时间中午去太古广场吃午餐。
至于您说的那件事，我们已有耳闻，我们知道是哪家旅行社，如果是您自己参加的，怎么会连旅行社的名字都记错呢？这一点我们很难理解，如果不太麻烦的话，还请S网友澄清一下，这是对大家负责，也是对自己负责吧。
至于7月30日的美东政治文化团，如果能成行的话，一定也是从渥太华直发的。
