用过.可以上,流览一般的网页没有问题.

但是白天如果上网人多,会有2小时限制.

好处是免费.

You have to donate at least $60 each year if you want ISP service, $12 /Yr for email & web space only.
Seems DSL is coming soon at $30/month range.
Because it is "FreeNet", tech. support is not very good.
I like NCF, since it is your community, and donate every year even I am using Rogers now..
