上次出了超市门才发现4盒鸡蛋打成5盒,只好算了。

not so much about the money, it is all about laziness. I once shopped at Loeb, and I bought 6 yogurts but she scanned 7 times. I asked her if she made a mistake, she said: no, 6 yogurts, right? I did not believe her, so I said I would want to see the receipt. This part really pissed me off: she said there would not be a receipt and the credit card slip is the receipt. I insisted to get a break-down of what I bought and how much they charged me, but she said they would not have to provide that. I was so angry and I refused to leave. Then the manager showed up and printed out the receipt (by just pressing a button) and it showed clearly they charged one yogurt more. They refunded my money and I told them that I would never shop at Loeb again. This is my first Canadian shopping experience, and it simply turned me off.

不一定是懒,可能她只是不知道怎么print receipt。要知道她一定不愿意因为懒这么一下,把manager招来。我刚打工的时候,有时怎么都找不到一个button,也有按错button收错钱的事。忙中出错或一时分心总是难免的,多点宽容,别上纲上线了。最初由 anti-virus 发布
