We are a small family with 3 people living a townhouse 3 levels, 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom in the semi-basement.
End Unit, quiet and beautiful, very Close to bayshore shop mall and bayshore bus station (very big bus startion)

This is a simple Family, husband: IT professional, Wife: Student of University of Ottawa, 7 years old child in grade 3.

We would like to rent out either the bedroom in the Semi-basement for $250, or a bedroom upstairs (you can choose which one you want, they are different size)

Utilities included (also high speed internet).
