我现在就是GOODLIFE MEMBER, 有退出罚款的规定吗? 如何罚呢?

just do a few push up at home. When I started, I can only do 2-3. then 5, 10 and 15.
Now without warm up (do a few at the beginning), I can do 20, wait a few minutes, do another 20.

or just do some jogging around the block (get fresh air too).
