现在美国签证签出的话什么时候可以拿?

我去年年底去的时候还是当天下午就可以取的,但我朋友下个月去签, 听说现在最起码要两天以后才能取,因此想问一下各位最近签过美国签证的朋友,你们都是等了多少时候取签证的?谢谢!

I don't think so. You have to prepare one photo (2-inch) along with your application form. The application form must be filled electronically (on-line). Otherwise, you have to re-fill it inside (there is computer and printer).

It depends. They guarantee completed in 3 working days. I did it July 12 and July 13 to get it
