[问题] 谁知道MasterPark Inc.是什么东西？刚吃了parking ticket, but it doesn't seem like municipal..

不像政府的机构，还让我3天内交罚款，在440 laurier Ave. w. 到底是什么东西，觉得有点可疑，有谁知道或者有过同样经历吗？

还有，在downtown的大停车场，白天是reserved，晚上也是reserved的吗？根本就没有看到说不可以停车，或authorized parking什么的，哎，真不痛快。

不知道，ticket上没有提到关于appeal的信息和电话，只有交罚款的地址和电话，正常吗？

是吗，如果是private company的话,不会在以后给我找事吗？他们会不会报告给政府机构呢? 比方说renew license等等的时候。而且他有这么几句话，在parking ticket 上：

"Failure to pay the full amount claimed by the due date may result in the suspension of future
parking priviledges and the towing fo your vehicle at your risk and expense. A note may also be included on your credit record ."

什么是"parking priviledges"？还有，什么"credit record"？ （parking credit record?）

是吗，如果是private company的话,不会在以后给我找事吗？他们会不会报告给政府机构呢? 比方说renew license等等的时候。而且他有这么几句话，在parking ticket 上：

什么是"parking priviledges"？还有，什么"credit record"？ （parking credit record?）

This one looks like a private parking company trying to collect some money from you. As far as you do not park in their facilities anymore, you would be fine... what might strike you later on is your credit report (if it is included, although I doubt it), which reports your credit ratings mainly to all financial institutes when you want to take out loans from them.
