Dear All:
As a political scientist and legal scholar, I don't think this speech is true, and really do think it has been fabricated (made out for some purpose), so we should take care!
According to logic, common sense, nature (morality and wisdom and much more) of my and our Chinese nation, and the speech's context and content and interpretations published both by China and the media, it proves to be false, except that or although China would use neclear weapons when it has to while USA interferes in and with Taiwan affairs with force.
Also, I think it has been FICTIONIZED (made out for some purpose) by the evil anti-Chinese section(s) or sector(s) out of ill purposes in sinister (deceptive and dangerous) ways.
Similarly, its SPREADING can very probably come from such parties for the same objectives, in addition to innocent parties for good reasons and justifiable purposes or other parties for understandable ones.
Therefore, everyone should stop such fabrication and/or rumor and its spreading, prevent ourselves from being innocent and/or ignorant and/or ill-informed ones, or be no longer such ones; and instead we should and must exhibit the evil ones and lay bare their true colors.
