你可以这样解释:

当初你申请入学时，因为只在国内上了一年大学，再加上对英语理解有误，所以你不认为是上过大学。

经过在OU两个学期的学习，你才明白，在国内上了一年大学，也算上过大学，所以才申请转学分。

关键要突出，你没有骗人的主观意愿，not on purpose.

BTW，是你自己告诉OU你上过大学的，但预科的档案可能转给了OU。一般来说，学校不喜欢转学分，因为学校没赚到钱。

真心感谢各位这么帮助我啦!!

现在我还有一点不明白的,就是他们成立这个委员会之类的是不可避免了吗.我去申诉是向这个针对我的委员会申诉,让他们不要给我任何处罚,还是去申诉或者请求他们干脆连这个委员会都不要成立呢,(等于有些私了的意思就是直接和给我发信的那个老师私下直接谈)
还有就是如果他们认为我"罪名成立",我会得到什么样的处罚呢?不会开除我吧

Not try to scare you, but if you are found guilty, you are likely to be expelled. Worse yet, there are new database now in all Ontario universities for academic admission forgery. I was told by a person in Queens admission that a large numbers of the complaints in the database are filed aginst Chinese students. So may be this overly zealous person is very sensitive to that on your case.

Few more things you should get started in paralle
(0) Have a clear mind and be prepared before you go talk to her.
(1) Get conselling from an advisor from internaltion student association. They are largely on your side and understand the visa issue.
(2) Contact Chinese Student Association
(3) Do NOT get any help external to OU (like lawyer) until you obsolute have to (like they are clearing out your locker).

不知道申请表上，是否要对高中以后的每一年都要陈述。但千万不要把visa的事扯出来，否则学校通知政府相关部门，就是骗签证了。

相对于其他一些人的行为，楼主其实还是很无辜的。

所有这些入学的条件(哪个学校毕业的,转移了多少学分等等)都会记录在你的成绩单里.至少对于UO是如此.这是非常严重的问题.不要因小失大.

可以说是“part time“的吗？

Don't be nervous at any time. You need to deal with it any way

If your current major is different from that of the Chinese University, you might want to state that the programs are not the same and you didn't think it was relevant and thus ignored to declare that. You'd rather be blamed for ignorance than serious cheating.

赶紧申请别的省的大学, 包括美国的... 妈的, 大学有的是! OU 这种水平的, 不上也罢! 干吗一棵树上吊死??

世界大得很! 男子汉大丈夫, 被个OU吓尿裤子了, 不值!

把这事作为一次重新选择, 更上一层楼的机会!
