父母探亲签证被拒签的原因。

....探亲申请需要过去6个月的个人收入记录，我提供了我公司帐号的前6月收入，这就是我的个人收入。同时也让我服务的公司开出了我现在每小时的价格。..

I checked Canadian Embassy's web site in Beijing, they donot ask for the pay stubs for the past 6 months..and no mentioning to the Bank statements here either...

For the financial support, they only ask
1. Notice of tax return of 2004
2. Employment letter

Is your information outdated or I get the wrong info?

不是这个原因. CONTRACTOR是很常见的情况, 你提供的材料也足够了.

我认为你的问题可能出在公司收入的银行记录上，对帐单上抬头是公司名，而不是个人的名字，引起了不必要的confusion。合同工是可以担保探亲的，这一点毫无疑问。

签证拒签原因就是勾了这一条。还手写了INCOME。我真是觉得太ridiculous。

可是我写了信说明我的工作性质，还让我的代理出具了我每小时的价格。

你的公司收入6万，不见得你的收入是6万，若你的公司买了辆5。5万的车，你的收入只是5千。

应该是看你的去年报税表和今年还在雇用你的证明。以及你的个人实际收入[从你的公司得的]

CONTRACT都是皮包公司，就我一人。去年报税表和今年雇用证明，包括价格，我都给了。所以才觉得冤啊。

楼上的人已经说了,如果你个人所得税表上的income不是你说的6万, 那你准备那些什么说明你工作性质的都没用,移民官根本不care你的说明,他要看的是小傻说的那个tax assessment的东西,如果你当初为了避税而降低个人收入,把盈余留公司户头,移民官做出这样的决定很reasonable.



你代理出具的证明是你公司的hour rate,不是你个人收入的证明,你自己开公司的,用别人公司开的证明有什么用?直接发工资给你的是你的公司,不是代理公司

问题就是你提供的资料过多，弄巧成拙了。

Looks like the visa officer did not like the case you presented, and he/she simply uses your income as the excuse to decline the visa application.
You may want to appeal the decision within 30 days or seek help from your MP, if you think you have a very very very strong case (in fact, check out todays free METRO newspaper on the immigration issue). Either way you are facing an uphill battle, so be prepared.
In terms of immigration visa or any kind of visa for that matter, it is very hard to figure out what the visa officers are looking for -- there is simply no single clear rule --so my best suggestion is for you to re-collect all the supporting materials and apply again. One thing that I think may have worked against you is the source of your income. You have to be very clear and "appear" to be to honest about that.

try to apply again with all the documents they required.In the cover letter, tell the immigration officer that u have enough income to cover ur parents cost in Canada, attach the employment letter and ur notice of accessment.
