有没有人可以帮一个别的学校的人 的忙？？？？

hi 我不住在渥太华 在另外的一个城市的大学里 现在上大1 那位有心的人可以帮我一个忙吗 我想从这里转到渥太华大学里 可是不知道有什么要求 如果有那位朋友是在渥太华大学里 有可能请帮我问问 十分的感谢~~~~~~~~~~

It said:
You can apply for a transfer, but we are only allowed to recognize two credits as transfer credits. You may find that it is better to finish off with your current university (or, at least, do no more than two courses here at the University of Ottawa).

It means that I should take no more than two courses in my current university, or in the University of Ottawa???

It means that at most two credits can be transferred from your current university. For exacple, if you were a third-year student in your current university and you had taken 30 two-credit courses, only one course could be transferred to our university, which means you had to start from the scratch in our university. As a result, the faculty that sent you the email recommended you finish your current program in your university firstly and then apply for our university.

其实学分都是能要来的。　我好几个朋友都是在中国读完大二甚至是毕了业才来的，一样要了十几门课的学分。
