有个问题想请教大家
前几天拿了一张speeding ticket，这是开车一年多以来第一次拿
以前开车很小心，这次在路上跟朋友聊天聊高兴了，一下子就没注意
在7号公路上超速，但是法庭在belleville,我想选择option2,就是认罪，但是想跟法官求情，因为不想扣4点.但是距离渥太华要200km，我今天打电话问说如果选option2，就一定要亲自去交发单。option3就只要寄过去就可以了。
大家有什么建议吗？我是选不认罪（option3）还是认罪啊？ 是不是选option2，如果警察不去我也会赢?
如果开庭，大家有什么建议吗？我觉得我自己理亏，想不出什么理由跟警察辩论

how does 法官know平时没有记录??did he check your driving record?

I was once caught 42km above limit on highway 7. Went to the court at belleville, after negociation with the police, it went down to 29km and 3 points without any effort.
Call pointss, they will tell you if you have any chance of wining. I was told that there is no chance of winning, but go anyways if you got time and gas.
BTW, the belleville court is very good, well organized, even the voice of the judge will make you happy. In comparison, the ottawa court is shit.
