国内3频手机如何在这用?

Go to a Rogers dealer and ask them to try a Rogers SIM card on your phone. If it works, then you can use it. If not, the your phone is likely locked to a Chinese carrier. Then it is upto you if you want to pay money to have it unlocked ($40-$70) then go Rogers again.

It may be cheaper just get a plan with free phone here...

I try it by my friend's SIM card, but it not work.

Assuming you have Tri-band GSM phone. What are the bands? (something like 850/900/1900 ... )

Any place that fix cell phone (including Roger) could give you recommandation as where you can unclock it. But, like I say, unless you "really really" want to keep your phone, it is cheaper to get a free one here with lots of the available plans.
