有人知道走HWY403/407要给钱的吗

今天收到莫名帐单,显示我8月10号经HWY407-403-QEW 到瀑布,最后结算$8.99(toll charges$3.54, video toll charges$3.45, account fee$2.00,no taxs),是一家叫"407 ETR"的公司寄来的.有人遇到过这样的事吗...
