如何报读硕士学位?

有人知道读完COLLEGE可以申请读硕士学位吗?要怎么申请?情况如何?我听朋友说好象可以............

There are some Exe MBA programs would take college degrees. But you need to have very very good real life experience (like 15+ yr of owning and operating a corporation). Otherwise, no way in Canada you can get a recognized school to take you in for master progam...

Private school in US may though.... but China may not recognize it.

Really? This is the first time I heard that. By the way,do those programs need GMAT?

要看是从什么college毕业的。我知道有人从college出来直接申请到博士研究生的。
硕士program更是不在话下。

In fact, Queens EMBA, which is supposed to be the top school for EMBA in Canada takes people with only college as long as you got long and sucessful biz expereince, which make you wonder why someone like that would want to do MBA in the first place.

This info is not openly stated on the website. But you can find out such info by attending their open house.

I think if you have a master degree of any subject, then GMAT is not necessary. But, buddy, you need to have very very deep pocket ($70K for 15 month)

That is in States. But in Canada, College only gives "Diploma", while University gives "Desgree."

US also has the "associate degree" which is losely equivalent to "diploma" here.

Colleges in Canada may grant degree, too.

Algonquin College in Ottawa, for example, grants three (so far) degrees: Bachelar of Applied Arts, Bachelar of Applied Business, and Bachelar of Applied Technology. They are all 4-years programs, eligible for entering Master's program.

I know that for sure. Actually, most of those students collect fund from their current employers since they are all on senior management level.

I believe you need rich professional work experence in North America. What is more, 2 very strong reference letters are required.
