[问题] Edunet Hi Spped Internet Service

Is there anyone who uses the edunet's DSL service?
Based on the informaiton showed on the web, it seems much cheaper than Rogers & Sympatico, how about the service? Is there any hidden fee?

Anyhow, if someone is using it, can you share your experience please?( I am a little bit suspicious, as ther is no free lunch

I've used it for several months. Unfortunately, the service sucks me a lot! Their services are always slow and the billing is always confusing. What they can do is charge, charge and charge from your VISA card without any notification. The service rsponse is really slow. The speed is slow at night and it is easy to get disconnected in the morning. I don't know why.
