PARKDALE ST 近417公路处的地理位置如何?由于看到一处房子,价格合理,想买,但是不知道地理位置如何,环境如何?测量了一下,骑自行车到168只有约5分钟.先谢谢各位的回复!

Depending on the location---South of 417 is good. North of 417 is not.
