If you are presently in Canada, or elsewhere outside of the United States, it is your responsibility to obtain legal entry to the United States in order to come to this office. We will not intercede should U.S. authorities refuse your admission. Nor will we provide any assurance of re-admission to Canada following your interview.
We are returning your passport and all original documents; we have kept your temporary resident visa application form on file. Please do not send any documents or correspondence with questions concerning your application. Please bring documents of evidence proving ties to your home country, and intention to return. Bring all documentation with you to your interview. Failure to notify our office that you are unable to attend your scheduled interview could result in the refusal of your application as per section11 (1) of the immigration and refugee protection act.
We wish to advise you that this invitation to attend our office for an interview does not imply that your admission to Canada will be authorized.
