I have a Pentax Optio 430 RS digital camera,installation disc losed,now I cann't upload my CF media pictures to my computer,even i have downloaded Pentax driver and ACDS from the web.Please could you tell me how to deal with this situation, thanks in advance.

easy solution: go get a CF card reader.
No driver needed.
