sympatico requires such info, so do some other service providers. Don't worry about it. You won't be registered if you don't authorize them to charge you from either your banking account or credit card.

如果用bell的电话的话，可以用Bell One-Bill，还有discount

是你给Bell打的电话么? 如果是你主动要去申请帐号, 应该可以放心些.

一般说"不给"的, 是指那些主动找上门来找你要你登记然后要你帐号的. 这类一定要小心.
