You can check your Rogers Bill, P2,Rogers terms and conditions, No. 5
I never read it untill I want to cancle their service and they told me to read it.

That is why I don't like their way to do business, if you want to add more service, just need couple minuts, if cancle, need ONE month???

I also cancle my telephone from Bell, need 3 days. That makes sense.

没有

我之前是因为在futher shop拿到3个月免费，所以一直都没有账单，所以根本就没有可能看到他们的通知

我说了，但是打电话的那个人就一定说我们寄出去了
