NSERC post-doc does not have the benefit the drivers currently enjoy. Why doesn't the city get rid off these greedy drivers and hire some post-docs to drive the buses? Especially in the transitway, I do not think one needs to be very "skillful" to drive a bus since there is no other traffic around.
