There is an excellent apartment to sublet,without paying an arm and a leg, it just costs you $675/mon.(Hydro, heat, water are included). Don't worry about thousand of the bill payments because you just need to pay a bill for your place every month.Otherwise, it is a one-bedroom apartment with huge space.
Location: Closed to Bayshore station and shopping centre(two minutes by foot); A recreation centre is beside the building, you could enjoy swimming,doing gym and so on there)
Transportation: asset to the bus of NO. 97 and No.85(both of them would go to downtown and University of Ottawa), if you would like to walk to Bayshore Station, there are still a lot of other buses.Meanwhile, it is also acceptable if you drive by yourself, it is closed to highway.
