dding, I believe that you are trying to achieve the impossible here. There is no way for you to do the double dipping. In theory, your PR status in Canada will be considered abandoned (by you) once you take a job else where outside Canada. In practise, you will be intercepted at the port of entry next time you enter Canada (using PR status) if you have been away from Canada for more than 183 consecutive days. The only possible way that you COULD get away with this is to show that you will be studying in China (in fact working), and in this case you will get a returning resident permit to show your intention to get back to Canada. Still, this period of time will not be considered "phsical presence" in Canada thus will not be calculated if later you decide to apply for Canadian Citizenship.
