买RICHCRAFT的single house:要自己付Tarion Warranty 吗?

如题. 我的律师说我要付. 问销售一会儿说要, 一会说要再查一下. 我已经不信任他了. 还是先这儿问一下. 多谢!

我只知道Urbandale的价钱包了, 不知Richcraft的. 我买的Tartan的房子也不包.

Sales是一定会知道的, 可能你问的那个人是新人, 再问问另外一个..

Your comparison appears to be inaccurate. If you like to draw a comparison you may want to consider the coverage of the first year from the manufacturer's warranty of a new car or a new appliance.

Have you ever heard that someone was asked by the dealer to pay for the manufacturer's warranty? (please note: extended warranty is different and is not an issue here)

我要说的是"TARION WARRANTY" 是购买新房时一定要买的, PREMIUM或者是BUILDER出, 或者是PURCHASER出. 这只不过是安省的一规定而已. 消费者也买个心安. 就好象一些人结了婚有了孩子以后买人寿保险一样, 不过这个不是硬性要买的...:smokin:
