关于儿童牛奶金
我想知道有孩子的家庭，每个月大约有多少牛奶金？我想年收入在8000左右的家庭。

有人说到300多，还有说QUEBEC更多一些，如果按照这个收入，安省能拿到多少，魁省呢？

If you have two children under 7 years old, you might get around $650
/month in Ontario and $720 in Quebec, for one child divided by 2. Just for your reference.

我去查了联邦税务和省税的网站，联邦的说会把所有资料转给省，省的说应该申请CCTB，那也就是说省的不必单独申请。

还要请教下面第三段的 Work Premium 是什么东东，见笑，多谢！

Since January 2005, the new child assistance measure has replaced family allowances, the non-refundable tax credit for dependent children and the tax reduction for families.

Child Assistance
The Régie des rentes du Québec will pay Child Assistance four times a year, i.e. on the 1st of January, April, July, and October or the following work day. These payments can be made by cheque or direct deposit.

If you are already receiving the family allowance, you will automatically receive Child Assistance. If you are not currently receiving the family allowance, you may be registered for the program but not receiving payments because your income is too high. To find out whether you are registered, contact the Régie des rentes du Québec.

Work Premium
Revenu Québec will pay the Work Premium once a year when you file your Québec income tax return. However, starting in January 2005, families may receive quarterly advance payments under certain conditions. Families must apply for advance payment from Revenu Québec starting in November 2004. Payment can be made by cheque or direct deposit on the 15th of January, April, July, and October.

申请魁省儿童福利金须首先向加拿大联邦税务部(Revenue Canada)申请儿童补助金，由联邦税务部确定你的申请人资格并发给你联邦的财政补助金，然後魁省的儿童福利金才能够发给你。 申请儿单福利金的表格可以打电话到税局索取。

今天收到 Regie des rentes 的信, "We could not set your child assistance payment because we do not know your family income for 2004. In order for us to set the amount of your payment, your and your spouse must file Quebec income tax returns." 我晕啊，我们申请CCTB的时候填了04年全年和05年落地前的夫妻双方收入，联邦税务局也根据我们04年的收入计算了CCTB和儿童补助金，怎么魁省还要我们申报收入呢？

我们是在多伦多入境的，他们只给了我们CCTB的申请材料，没有别的了。不知道有没有在蒙特利尔入境的，是否会有所不同？

If you worked before and you are low income family, you should receive Ontario child care supplement for working families too. I might caculate wrong. It might be around $550.
