Are you still looking for a room? I have a large living room in a very large one bedroom apartment for rent that may be suitable for you. It's only $250/month, including everything (internet, phone, heat, electricity, even PARKING). Small well trained dog is OK.
It's in Hull, but close to Highway 5 exit. It takes less than 10 min driving to OU and 20 min driving to CU. The address is 65 rue Lanctot.
By the way, I also drive regularly to Montreal (Loyola) on Fridays and get back on Mondays. Maybe we can also share carpool.
