A very nice Canadian couple has a room (in a house) for rent starting January. The house is conveniently located closely to Billings Bridge. It is only a 5 minutes' walk to Bus 97 Heron Station and Bus 4 and 111 station. So for both OU and Carleton students,you will have direct transportation. It is also only 8 minutes'walk to Bank & Heron Shopping mall (Canadian Tire), and you can buy groceries easily.
The rent is $465 per month, including utilities,local telephone, basic TV, and basic furniture (desk, cabinet,and a queen-size bed). Share the kitchen and washroom with the couple. The couple is very nice and the house is quiet.
