Does anyone know how to get the non-married certificate from the Chinese embassy in Ottawa?
According to the website of the embassy, I first need the document from the notary public or lawyer in Canada, then get the document certified by the provincial (Ontario) authorities, then go to the embassy to ask for certification.
Does anyone know anything about the process? I mean anywhere to get a notary public or lawyer who can make the document. Thanks a lot.
