She is a billionair. Beside, this time if liberal lose, Martin will probably done as a leader, she could probably make a run for it as she did in Conservative. If C screw up running the country, next round will be liberal's turn again. She could end up an PM.

Why don't go to LCBO to buy hundreds cases of beer to celebrate ? Yelling here only tell people that you are political premature.

I say some here: If it is a minority, you may see a few promises and your guys can still come here to argue for Conservtives. If it is a majority, you will regret what you have done for them.

History tell us the majority goverment forgot all the promises quickly after elction, and if there is no strong oppsition, you never had good goverment. Liberal forgot GST promises in 1993. Conservtives will do the same thing even worse if elected. All politicians will do the same. Believe or not, time will tell.

It's not about promises. It's about change. The goverment needs change. Canada needs change.

If Martin cannot change, let Harper do it.

But don't forget that minority government doesn't have the ability to implement any major change, like the last minority liberal government, being checked by NDP all the time.

You are absolutely right that all the politician are the same, so why not have a small government and let yourself control your own pocket, intead of relying on one group of politician, whom you don't trust, to balance the power of another group of politician, whom you don't trust either.
