1) One party system has absolute ability to implement the change. I don't think you like it.
2) Opposition is watch dog of goverment.
3) Don't forget Opposition or other party which holds balanced power represent certain number of voters' interests.
4) Minority goverment should compromise, negotiate with other party's requests, eg. other voters' interests. This is part of demoncry. Otherwise, you are out. Martin is right wings in Liberal. He wanted more corp tax cut, but social program. He refused to negotiate and compromise some.
5) Don't worry about power of implementation of policy. Majority people don't like ratical changes except the desperate, which are small number of people.
6) Voters should have their onw's voting stratagy according to their riding. Play politics on politics. Keep right and left balanced. No one agrees all the policies in one party, even MPs in their own party.
BTW: Martin goverment had scandals, but so far not found corrupt yet. Two phrases are defferent. Mark the words. City Hall is corrupt, I believe, because their credit cards users lost numbers and one allownce lunch spent over $100.
