6800GS是12*5的 6800U 是 16*6的

而6800GS是基于NV42核心,虽然同样采用TSM0.11微米制程,但是只有内建12条像素渲染线,5个顶点着色器

明显6800U的效率要明显高于6800GS

Anyway, 6800GS and 6800UlTRA is not same level.
I never overclock it cause it's not necessary ,although it could be. Only 7800GS is better than 6800ultra.
