近来的By Election是选什么？

上次省选好像是在2003年秋，联邦刚选完，这些天又看见满街的牌子，听说是By Election，谁知道这次是选什么？

我是住Nepean，上次省选就投了JOHN BAIRD，这次看来不一定投保守党了，那个候选人好像什么都不是吗，不知道怎么会把她整出来选。

In Canada, vacant elected positions are filled through By Elections between elections.
