请问退税单已寄来,可银行帐号上钱还没收到,有什么问题吗?

就是报税的时候直接填了银行帐号

收到了确认的退税单子,说是退的税直接打到银行户头上,可是查了银行，还未收到.

It should have a date when the money is transferred to your bank account. You can also check it by registering a My Account with CRA where you will have all your tax related information. For details, refer to the link below:
