最近发生了很多事情, 也可能是我想太多了, 人变得容易激动. 一激动脑子就觉得很涨很重!! 而且有时候晚上睡觉还觉得脑上的神经会动. 弄得我一天到玩晚都很没精神, 脑部位置很沈很重, 紧蹦蹦的感觉.

我很怕我有一天会爆血管或变神经病啊! 请问爆血管的前兆是什么? 爆血管的人通常是怎么样的? :(

Take a Bubble Bath

Bubble baths aren't just for kids. A nice, hot bath is a great way to relax and unwind.

Steps:

1. Unplug the phone.

2. Lock the door to prevent intruders like kids and spouses.

3. Stop the drain in the tub.

4. Light aromatherapy candles. Choose lavender to relieve stress and sandalwood to relax.

5. Turn on the water and adjust the temperature to your liking.

6. Pour a small amount of bubble bath ' or the amount recommended on the bottle label - into the running water.

7. Allow the bathtub to fill with water and suds. If you are not satisfied with the amount of suds in the water, add more bubble bath into the running water.

8. Turn off the water when the tub has filled. Replenish hot water as needed.

9. Slowly enter the bath water, feet first.

10. Breathe deeply and relax.

Tips:

Try putting on a little background music to help you relax ' but don't keep electronic devices close enough to the tub that they might fall in.

Don't forget your rubber ducky or other bath toys.

Warnings:

If you are pregnant or have dry skin, opt for warm water as opposed to hot.

Keep in mind that ingredients in some bubble baths can be drying to the skin ' choose a product with moisturizers such as aloe or vitamin E.

You can add bath salts to make you feel like you're in the ocean, and as it dissolves, you can smell the fragrance. Adding spices, such as cinnamon or peppermint, can help you relax, soothe sores and even heal bruises. Add some herbal flowers and citrus (cut oranges and lemons), to relax even more.

Good way to moisturize

Add a few drops of baby oil into the bath while it's filling up. Just a few drops is all you need and your skin is smooth afterward.
 
不是那件事, 那个事我早忘了. 还有很多事情. 哎! 我真觉得脑子很不舒服, 很重, 人一激动会蹦得厉害. 现在觉得眼睛一往上抬特就觉得脑里的血管还是神经更蹦紧了. 我在家庭医生那里开了点药, 没啥用, 吃了让我犯困, 更没精神. 由于要说到这些英文专业术语, 更难沟通了!
 
You'd better to have an examination that if you've got high blood pressure. If yes, take prescrition from your doctor. You would feel much more better.
 
谢谢上面的美女, 但我个人不喜欢泡澡, 觉得很麻烦. 而且家里的谷缸又是二手的, 上手也不知道有什么人用过, 所以不敢泡. 一来不喜欢, 二来不敢, 所以就没泡过. :(

检验过血压了, 是正常的. 你说我应不应该去找个神经科医生看看? 研究瀑血管也是神经科医生的范畴吗?

为什么你那么肯定我不会爆血管呢? 我最近真的是受尽精神折磨, 头涨得不得了. 本来去旅游了一个星期以为会好点, 但回来面对那些事情我又开始头涨了. 而且一激动的时候头更涨! 怎么办? :(

I don't think everyone is joking, some of the advice are actually not bad. It's probaly you who dosen't quite understand the advice. For example, taking a long bubble bath or swiming or practicing shaddow boxing are not bad ideas. The key is not just doing it for the sake of doing it, but rather relaxing and enjoying the process.

It's sad to see young people like you having this kind of problems. It's time for you to have some change in the way you view the world or your value system. If you do not have some big or fundamental changes in your value system, the problem may occur again or even get worse when you get older facing bigger problems in life. My suggestion would be go to library and find some books in religions, find the one you like, and read it. You don't have to believe any of them, but the different perspectives they offer may help you. Hope it helps.

PS. Forgot to answer your question. I doubt your blood vessels in your brain will explode, because you are still young and they are still very elastic, and if the problem is not worsening.
