请问valecraft builder好吗？

请问有人买过valecraft的房吗？这个builder好吗？最近看到他在离south key南开车三分钟的地方建房，觉得地理位置还行，但也不知道这个区好不好？还想问一下买新房都要注意什么？问题比较多，请有经验的人谈一下心得， 先谢谢了

To me, it is bad quality

Just compare the house they built with others, You better follow the whole process, then you will know the difference.
The noise is big when the airplan landing.

You don't see as many airplanes in Hunt Club area as those in Barhaven area (why? I was told by the local people the reason, but I forgot it. Sounds like Barhaven is just under area of the taking off or landing route...The planes always make a big turn when taking off...). No big noises.

The floor plans of some Valecraft's single houses are good. Well-designed with no wasted spaces.
