I've seen someone offering cat sitting service a while back in the "second hand market" section.
I don't know about your cat, but we sometimes leave our cat home alone for 3 days no problem when we go back to Montreal. As long as you make sure to give enough food/water, cats are not like dogs that eat as much as you feed them.. As a matter of fact, our cat eats less when we are away!
