有关在美国工作

When applying a job in US, normally you will be asked "Do you need company sponsorship to have autherization to work in the US?"

Anybody knows the right answer? Please help.

I know Canaddians can easily get a TN visa to work in US but not sure if that is sponsorship.

as a TN, no sponsorship required.

not quite right. as long as you need a visa, you need a sponsor. though TN is very simple and easy, you still need an employment letter, which basically implies your employer is your sponsor. tn is renewed annually and there is no limit on the number of years you can have on tn. H1B is a dual intent visa and currently has a max of 6 years.

employment letter is required for any job, regardless of the immigration status. In terms of TN visa application, there is no employer invlovment whereas H1B requires the employer's sponsorship and it could take months to process. Let's be clear about this!
