China has made its choice between two parties, though tragically through gunpower. If you want a separate choice now, go back either fight through gun power or people power even you may run the risk of being prinsoned, tortured or murdered. The Chinese communists just did that to win their power. It is your time to do the same if you want to succeed.

So what! even if you party won the power?

You eventually either be killed by your comrades or you kill your comrades, like Mao and his 'comrades'

so, you see, even if your party won the power, your struggle to power or stay alive will just begin

The people have a choice, to overthrow them either thru ballot or bullets if they do not like them. The Chinese listened to the voices of strong men or tyrrants. When tyrany rules, the Chinese becomes silent. That is what happend in 1989. So much sound and fury by the so-called elites and their followers. When the power finally spoke, the elites ran away and the followers became silent. Before blaming others or a party, just look at your own heart and see if you are brave enough to endure the ills and sufferings to gain a victory. Can the young man who stood in front of the tanks count on you and me to support him? Who betrayed him? It is us, the people and those who ran to the US.

US has many parties, but so far power changes only between the two parties. Ask any candidate, the important thing for a succesful test run at the office is getting enough cash. Get cash before you get the vote, that is the reality.

Any party getting more than 30% of the votes of eligible voters in US? You count and tell.

基于暴力建立的制度或者政府，并不意味着其自然具有合理性。中国历史上曾经数次被游牧民族征服和统治，历史证明，这些游牧民族并不代表人类社会的发展方向，并且对中国的发展起到了相当的阻碍和破坏作用。

美国的两党，是选民决定的，不是法律规定的，任何人都可能组党并当选，只要选民支持。能有财团支持不一定比没有财团支持要糟糕，大部分选民相信，没有财团支持的候选人，其经济政策不会好到哪里去，而经济政策的好坏，实际决定了选民的就业等根本利益。很多中国人受老共教育影响太深，至今仍认为西方社会中劳工和资本的绝对对立。

而中国的宪法里，直接将共产党定为永远的执政党。也就是说，绝对没有第二种选择，甚至没有可能性性，因为第二种选择是违法行为。

牛克思主义者感兴趣是美国的司法系统。

美国的司法系统实际上是一种巨大的政治力量。最高法院的违宪判例。海洋法系。法官是如何通过案例累计来逐渐改变法律的。陪审团制度。司法被动性造成的无为而治特点。（有人告，才有审理的司法被动性造成无为而治，司法系统的共同特点）

200年前法兰西民主自由先驱托克威尔的《论美国民主》中高度赞扬了美国的司法权的高贵性和创造性。

而牛克思主义者认为司法权的进一步发展代表着未来民主的趋势。

吵了那么多年还在吵什么多党制，一党制，那就有点贫了。

here you are talking about less than 30% of 选民. how about the 40% plus who do not vote? who represent their interests? a lesson Chinese have learned here is push for your own interest. if you do not ask, you do not get what you deserve even if you are the best. look around and you might find you are better than your boss.

talking about pushing your own interests, the most succesful one is those who were in the US before Jan. 1990. Those Chinese scholars/students, taking advantage of what was happening in China, wrote to US congressmen and senators to push for their permanent residency in US. at that time, these green cards were called blood cards. but whose blood? When the Chinese elites/intellectuals (including me if I am one) do not go back and build or fight for a better home country, what can we expect? Ask people to get rid of this party or that party, but when the real test comes, we run away and ask the people to hold the empty bags. can I put my life on your bet?

在西方国家，自己放弃投票，意味着自己放弃权利，意味着尊重和承认其他投票者替自己做的选择。

你大可不必指望海外中国人，也不必在这里用蹙脚的英文分析投票率了， 我要求不高，就是希望老共将大陆人民选举自己村长和乡长的权利，还给人民，这要求高吗？这要求不合理吗？

政府有影响和教育人民的作用。一个政府如果用的是封锁信息，愚民政策，人民看不到，听不见。偏听则暗，人们用什么来反省？？？

在西方国家，自己放弃投票，意味着自己放弃权利，意味着尊重和承认其他投票者替自己做的选择。

你大可不必指望海外中国人，也不必在这里用蹙脚的英文分析投票率了， 我要求不高，就是希望老共将大陆人民选举自己村长和乡长的权利，还给人民，这要求高吗？这要求不合理吗？

即使老共现在不答应你，地球联盟党答应你。别忘了，牛克思主义者主张的是民主郡县制，政府不下郡县，那就是乡镇自治。来自于中国古代的郡县制被发展成了民主制度。在托克威尔的《论美国的民主》中，也将乡镇自治作为美国民主的基础。但不能孤立地看这个问题。牛克思主义所主张的不是美国的体制下的乡镇自治，而是牛克思主义民主体制下的乡镇自治。

如果你认为加拿大对以色列的支持，是媒体造成的，只能说明你太不了解加拿大的民情了。

任何媒体都有自己的倾向，但是这和政府干预是两回事。加拿大政府无权决定媒体的内容，媒体也不隶属于加拿大政府，加拿大政府无权决定媒体内的人事任免。而中国政府有权决定媒体的内容，媒体也隶属于中国政府，中国政府有权决定媒体内的人事任免。

even though the goverment might not control the media, the media is controlled by those who exert control over goverment.

have you heard the stories about planting US-friendly stories in Iraqi newspapers?

i do not know the case in canada; there are goverment run media agencies in US and UK and the leaders there are appointed by the gov. if the chinese goverment owns certain media companies, they have the right to fire or hire anyone they like.
