??? Replace roof ???

I would like to know if anyone has experience on replacing roof, my house's roof is about 20 years old, it looks crack, curl and needs to be replaced shortly, I did some search, it seems that there are different materials to select, such as fiberglass or traditional organic shingles. Are there big different between organic shingles and fiberglass? Does any one has any options or experiece or good contractor to share with?

In Canada most people use organic shingles, because fiberglass becoman 脆 in cold weather.

What kind of material was used, fibregalss or organic recycle paper? What is the warranty? Can you post the roofer's phone and name?
