有急事想借别人的车开，但保险是别人的 ，没我的名字我可以开吗？而且我是安省驾照，车是魁省的，保险也是魁省的。

Have your read the policy? Legally, as long as you have a full driver's license, you can drive any car that is registered and covered by an insurance.

But check the insurance policy if occasional driver by others is covered. In any case, if anything goes wrong, the premiums of the insurance will go up.

哪里有那么复杂，只要你或你的朋友能承担你出事以后的风险就好。。。
问题的关键在于你不再保险之列，难道保险公司会承担你出事的后果吗，当然不出事就没有问题。。

车技不好，什么朋友敢借给你啊，男朋友？？那就别管啦，开就是。反正以后你是他的人。

Of cource, nobody should drive a car without a valid license... Even anything happens to the car, the loss will be covered by that car's insurance... the occasional driver isn't responsible for finacial loss except legal charges such as tickets, fines...

There are some examples in policy about the liabilities caused due to car borrowing by friend...
