If you are under BELL CANADA

Warning! If your home phone is under Bell Canada. Please check your bill clearly every month. Especially the long distance charge. It was happened to me, my friend, and my uncle. We have the same problem. Bell Canada charged us the long distance that we do not call ( no friends, no relatives living there). Those long distance call are within Canada, Nova Scotia,Victoria,Calgary,and Vancouver. I called to Bell and checked, the lady told me if it is under $1, she can not check for me. Bell reception told my friend and my uncle the same thing too. This is ridiculous. What happen if Bell Canada over charge people long distance (less than $1), and most people wont' check their bill, and some people like me, checked the bill and call. but we still have to pay,it is because less than $1. Bell can not do anything for us. And they would made alot of money from those long distance call. (just think of more than 100,000 household = 21cents (I used 21 cents it is because Bell was charging me 21 cents for calling victoria), they would have $21,000). Although it is not too much from one household (less than $1). but we still have to find out the reason ...

My suggestion:
1. File a written complaint letter to Bell.
2. Talk to a Bell supervisor, instead of an agent in Bell call center. Just ask the agent to transfer the call to a supervisor.
3. Tell them if they don't correct the bill, you will terminate the Bell services (phone, mobile, satellite etc.). Tell them you would switch to Rogers, Sprint or AT&T, even if you pay more for other venders.

I wrote a complaint letter already. And finally, I did cancelled the serivces from Bell and switch to Rogers. I posted this, it is because I would like to tell everyone.
