公寓里练琴的问题。

最近，管理员来告诉我说我不能在公寓里弹钢琴了，说大家都觉得太吵。
我不知道该怎么办。 有什么解决的办法么？

digital piano(hummer action like yamaha) is not eletrical keyboard. I don't find much diferent.

Only other option is moving to a house.

There are not way to fight this, either you stop playing or they ask you to leave.

this is so sad. I just got my piano for 1 month.

Don't worry, you can still play it. Just find relevant regulations from City Law to follow.

The ontario law

"Termination for cause, reasonable enjoyment

64. (1) A landlord may give a tenant notice of termination of the tenancy if the conduct of the tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person permitted in the residential complex by the tenant is such that it substantially interferes with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex for all usual purposes by the landlord or another tenant or substantially interferes with another lawful right, privilege or interest of the landlord or another tenant.

Notice

(2) A notice of termination under subsection (1) shall,

(a) provide a termination date not earlier than the 20th day after the notice is given;

(b) set out the grounds for termination; and

(c) require the tenant, within seven days, to stop the conduct or activity or correct the omission set out in the notice.

Notice void if tenant complies

(3) The notice of termination under subsection (1) is void if the tenant, within seven days after receiving the notice, stops the conduct or activity or corrects the omission. 1997, c. 24, s. 64."

ok, I guess there is no other option for me right now. the only thing I can do is to reduce my piano's voice.

u r less motivated to play with digital, in fact, right now, I have no motivation at all, because I don't like the sound of my digital piano

but, playing in an apartment indeed could make other people go crazy

No matter what, digital is digital. It's not a real piano. A professional player's hands will get harmed by stucking too much on digital piano.

钢琴有一个踏脚,左边的那个(三个),踩下. 声音就小了,专门为类似apartment设计的

ok, I guess there is no other option for me right now. the only thing I can do is to reduce my piano's voice.

Use the middle paddle to reduce the volumn. That's what I do after my daughter goes to bed.

If his/her piano is a baby grand, it doesn't come with mute pad.
