Do you want chemical rust removing or micanical rust removing?
If you select chemical, you may go to Canadian tire or parts source to get the products.
If you want to remove the rust with sand paper, you can get the parts in Canadian tire and part source also.
If the surface is flat, using sand paper is good idea.
