ems速度如何？普通东西扣关税吗？

从国内寄了些礼品，现在都过去6天了，还没消息了。。。在网上查，也只显示到到发往多伦多。。难道发了6天还没发到吗？不明白如果快递这样，还能叫快递吗？

The custom duty depends on the value of the gift. If your package was declared GIFT when sending, you get CA$60 for duty free. You have to pay duty for the balance of the value, plus GST/PST, and broker fee.

If your package is small and marked "gift", usually, it won't be charged any extra fee. 6 days is also reasonable. I have met once that my package delayed in one city for 3 days only for custom clearance and it was 8 days for receiving it.
