今天太倒霉了,在回家的路上因为没看见SCHOOL BUS停在前面所以就开过去了,等我到家的时候一辆车突然开到我面前说我刚开超了停在路边开了停牌的SCHOOL BUS,我当时因为没看见所以我自己都觉得莫名其妙,后来一回想觉得是有那么回事,那个老外就说他已经把我车牌记到纸上了说要告我,我当时以为他想要点钱敲我一笔,后来一看他车开的是一辆porsche凯雁,我想也不可能了,后来我对那老头解释了半天他都不采我,还说要告我.请问各位大虾谁知道如果他真的告我的话我将会怎么样?驾照会不会被调消?小弟刚开车没多久就遇到这事,哎,真算倒霉,也算是一个教训吧.在线等待各位的回答.

停牌放出来么?
如果SCHOOL BUS上面的红灯亮了或者停牌你绝对不可以超过去~是绝对违法的~

如果没亮那也就当作正常车辆处理就行了~

就当教训了~总归打官司争同情吧~
可能被扣点加罚款就是了~具体可以去车来车往问问~
那里的人可能比较有经验一点~

就算上法庭也不一定严重，不过你要说出合理的理由之类的

记得是扣六点；至于罚款，参见下面条款：

Duty of drivers when school bus stopped

(11) Every driver or street car operator, when meeting on a highway, other than a highway with a median strip, a stopped school bus that has its overhead red signal-lights flashing, shall stop before reaching the bus and shall not proceed until the bus moves or the overhead red signal-lights have stopped flashing. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 175 (11).

Penalty

(17) Every person who contravenes subsection (11) or (12) is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable,

(a) for a first offence, to a fine of not less than $400 and not more than $2,000; and

(b) for each subsequent offence, to a fine of not less than $1,000 and not more than $4,000 or to imprisonment for a term of not more than six months, or to both. 1997, c. 12, s. 14.

Ontario's Demerit Point System

Drivers convicted of certain driving-related offences have demerit points recorded on their records. It is a common misconception that drivers "lose" points due to convictions for certain traffic offences. In fact, a driver begins with zero demerit points and accumulates demerit points for convictions. Demerit points stay on your record for two years from the offence date. If you collect enough points, you can lose your driver's licence. Below is a table outlining the demerit point penalties for driving offences:

7 Points
a). Failing to remain at the scene of a collision
b). Failing to stop when signaled/requested by a police officer

6 Points
a). Careless Driving Racing
b). Failing to stop for a school bus



Demerit Points and New Drivers

As a Class G1, G2, M1 or M2 driver, if you get two or more demerit points, you will be sent a warning letter.

At six points, you may have to go to an interview to discuss your record. If you don't attend, your licence may be suspended.

As a fully licensed driver, if you get six demerit points, you will be informed about your driving record.

If you fail to attend an interview, or fail to give good reasons for keeping your licence, your licence may be suspended.
