these are good power supplies, not some of the crapy power supplies will break your pc.
if you want to tell a good power supply from a bad one, first check the amp of it, not only the voltage, cause the voltage doens't reflect the true nature of the power supply, second if you can open op the power supply, some will have missing parts, most will die within a year and some will break your pc all together.
