想买房子 我找得经纪 就是帮我预约并且带着我看房子 下offer 和对方的经纪谈价钱
这样的经纪是我出钱（2。5％）还是卖房子的人家出钱啊

你不用出钱，是卖方出， 但是最后都是羊毛出在养身上。

He should be with you untill you get the key (closing day).They should get paied at that day from the seller. They usually also will help you answering some questions even after moving in.
They usually ask you to sign 1 to 3 monthes contract. In that period you can not change agent, after that it is up to you.
