新房选什么牌子（型号）的抽油烟机?

最近有个朋友提醒我，在做新房 UPGRADE 时，别忘了选个抽油烟能力强的抽油烟机。 我这是第一次买房，没经验，各位能推荐一些好的牌子（型号）的抽油烟机吗？

Thanks a lot Timothy's. I already read the information in the above link.

The builder told me, I do not need to buy a new 抽油烟机 before I move in. I can just ask them to make the duct bigger (from 5" to 6"), then still use the standard 抽油烟机. After I move in, if I feel the standard one is not powerful, I can buy a strong one to replace the old one.

My question is: if I buy a new 抽油烟机 to replace the old one, do I need to do some other work, like remove some of the cabinets? Are the sizes and shapes for all 抽油烟机 the same? If the shape or size is different from the old one, how easy it is to install a new 抽油烟机 without any big damage to the original cabinets?

The size of range hood is the same. There is a standard width. as long as that is same, it should fit in. The problem is the position of the vent and shape of it. Some are rectangel, some are round , so you may have to cut few boards in side the cabinets. The outside of cabinets need not be touched.
