The builder told me, I do not need to buy a new 抽油烟机 before I move in. I can just ask them to make the duct bigger (from 5" to 6"), then still use the standard 抽油烟机. After I move in, if I feel the standard one is not powerful, I can buy a strong one to replace the old one.
My question is: if I buy a new 抽油烟机 to replace the old one, do I need to do some other work, like remove some of the cabinets? Are the sizes and shapes for all 抽油烟机 the same? If the shape or size is different from the old one, how easy it is to install a new 抽油烟机 without any big damage to the original cabinets?
